Data controller

Data we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, area of interest, and the content of your message. Name and email are required because we cannot reply without them; the other fields are optional. We do not request sensitive data; please do not include it in your message.
Purpose
We use your data only to respond to your request, prepare a service proposal, and follow up on that conversation. We do not use it to send advertising without your authorization, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
Consent
By checking the box on the form, you give your express consent to this processing. If you do not, we cannot receive your request through the form, but you can email us directly.
Recipients and storage
Your data is accessible only to the Validixity staff handling your request. It is stored with the web hosting and email providers we use, which may be located in other countries and act solely as data processors.
Retention
We keep your data while there is a business relationship or an active conversation with you, and for no more than two years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, and deletion, and withdraw your consent, at any time. To do so, write to info@validixity.com with your name, the right you wish to exercise, and a way to reply to you. We will respond within the time limits set by law. If you believe your rights were not respected, you may file a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress only sets technical cookies when an administrator logs in. If we add measurement tools in the future, we will update this notice.
